Common questions.
Can you install gas appliances?
We handle standard electric and water hook-ups and appliance placement. Gas line connections must be made by a licensed gas fitter by law — we'll coordinate that part so your install is fully compliant.
Do you take away my old appliance?
Yes. We can remove and recycle your old unit during the same visit — just let us know when you book.
What if my new appliance doesn't fit?
We check dimensions and connections ahead of time whenever possible. If there's a clearance or hook-up issue, we'll tell you what's needed before install day.
Do you install appliances I bought elsewhere?
Yes. It doesn't matter where you bought it — we'll install and connect appliances from any retailer.
